ABOUT ME
My name is Olga Flemington. I have been teaching Pilates for a few years now. I have a medical background. I am very passionate about Pilates. I have help a lot of people to improve their health and transform their lives.
I qualified a few years ago with a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Mat Pilates ,Certificate of Achievement Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions. I have a Certificate of Achievement Strength and Conditioning Fundamentals Course. I am a Member of Register of Exercise Professionals.
